Ice, Ice, Baby
Huge amounts of ice coming down during the afternoon today and into the evening. I never drove faster than 30 km/hour on the streets. Traction was never an issue with the Subaru - stopping is because I don't have winter tires. I can't afford 700$ on winter tires.
I did manage to do some sweet AWD drifting in the parking lot on my way home from work. I just love that shit.
I've got an opportunity to participate in an open rally competition on Jan 24. I am a little hesitant because i don't want to get into any accidents. My car insurance premiums are horrendously high. I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.
