Winnipeg 2014 !

The drive to and from Winnipeg can be considered boring by some. To be truthful, once you get through to Saskatchewan you start to pray for a time vortex. At least the highway is fully twinned between the three provinces. Each way it took me about 12.5 hours, averaging about 130 km/hour to 120 km/hour each way.

Through Virden, Manitoba, has to be the worst 20 kilometers I have ever driven. They slow the speed to 60 km/hour, and the road is cut away into gravel. You are forced to avoid huge potholes created by trucks who make their way through this hellhole.
