Windows 10 bug: Flickering Taskbar
I've discovered an annoying Windows 10 bug that crops up from time to time. I have a XFX R9 280X video card and use AMD Catalyst v. 15.201.1151 and sometimes when Windows runs the taskbar will glitch with distortion - especially if I use a browser and view Youtube videos.
My go-to solution used to be to shut the computer down, power off the power supply, and power up. However this does not work 100% of the time.
I found an easier solution: Change your primary display to something like 1280x1024. If the distortion does NOT go away, change the video resolution again. Once the distortion disappears, change it back to your native resolution (in my case it's 1920x1080).
Good luck !
