Christmas is over!

We did not go anywhere for Christmas, which is just as well. A friend of ours just had double-heart bypass so we're in close contact with him to make sure he's OK.

The brutal cold has gone away, although we got about 20 cm of snow just before Christmas actually hit. I didn't buy much gifts for myself, mostly stuff for Theresa, my mom, and that's it. I don't have deep pockets to send shit across a few provinces to mutiple people. Especially now with the carbon tax coming in 2017.

Thank God it's over.
