First off, Alyssa gets my nod for professional journalism, especially on The View. And although I refuse to watch that nonsense, I'm glad she's working.

Actions speak louder than words. That's for sure. I remember a moment in my life, last year, the office was empty. It was 4PM and I was the only person on the 29th floor. The work ethic was gone, it was a Friday, but I was still there, working.

I left at 4:30, sending my work completed e-mail and summarized the work I had done that day. It was my work ritual. The illusion of productivity and work performance had been destroyed. I am not lazy. I had taken some time off to deal with some problems lately. I hope to have everything resolved very soon. 

I sit in wonder, quietly thinking about my life and where to go.
