The Saga of Value Village

 

On my way into Value Village the other day, and I held the door for 3 people. One was an older woman who thanked me. "Oh, chivarly isn't dead!" she said and thanked me. I said you're welcome. The last person - a woman- held up her fist to fist-bump me. I raised my left hand and returned the favor.

"You rock!" she said with a smile.

Well then - that's never happened to me before!

Apparently when women do this it's a sign of appreciation.

Oh what a time to be alive.
