Christmas 2025

It's Christmas Day 2025 and I'm feeling very hopeful. I'm not burdened by the past nor memories of people who are long gone. As I stay home, watching HBO boxing re-runs, I'm feeling quite good. Years ago when I lived in Nova Scotia with my late wife Theresa, there was this TV show called 'Christmas Daddies'. It's still broadcast every year, and I always watched it as viewers would donate money to charity. 
It was setup to give presents to poor Children in Nova Scotia, and there was a live entertainment factor to it. There was a few Christmas days when there was no snow. I remember seeing grass on Christmas day that was green.

There are some days I remember deep amounts of snow - like White Juan. That storm dumped about 120cm or more over Nova Scotia and most of Atlantic Canada. It was a few months after Hurricane Juan ravaged Nova Scotia. What a time to be alive.

The weather is cold right now, but it might warm up before the new year. I'm hoping for a great 2026.
