Asian BBQ Hotness

 

You can find some great lunch options in Calgary, especially when there's multiple Chinese BBQ restaurants in the area. I decided to take some photos from one - Suns, located off Center Street. It's a really nice restaurant.

Soy chicken, cooked slowly, along with sausages, meats, and other items hanging from the butcher/chef window area.

I broke down and bought some Tim Hortons donuts for the office a few weeks ago. My favorite is the bear claw, but honestly, the honey crullers are awesome. I think the quality had slipped since the 2000's when they began shipping frozen products to stores. 

BBQ and donuts are not great heart-friendly foods, so remember to eat in moderation. Honestly, my barbeque days are over, I rarely eat this food anymore. But it's a nice treat to have every once in a while.
