Merry Layoff Christmas

I am still trying to recover from my stomach flu on the weekend. It all started when I ate this chicken dinner and after that......I was destined for the toilet for two days straight. But on to news. The company I work for recently had a round of layoffs... who knows how many people got the chop, but I managed somehow to escape the axe this time (thankfully). I feel bad for people who got let go. The economy is in a real shit tank right now. I'm starting to wonder if my future is to hang a sandwich board on my ass and be job huntin' myself soon. If I do, so be it. 

You know it's bad when even I start feeling sorry for the dealerships. They are hurtin' big time. So if you can, get out there and buy that Subaru you have been waiting all year to buy. Sorry, but if you have any common sense buy Japanese and avoid domestics. But seriously... I hope this economy turns around before the real shit hits the fan.
