Hurricane Bill approaches up the eastern coast of US and Canada, making a b-line for Halifax. Remembering a few years ago when Hurricane Juan hit, the province sustained incredible H2 damage. This one will intensify to a level 4 hurricane and weaken to H2. Dammit.
