Hurricane Bill weakened slightly to Category 3 status early this morning. Bill could strengthen to Category 4 hurricane for a time tonight into Friday. AccuWeather.com meteorologists are forecasting Bill to eventually slam into Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. However Bill could brush Cape Cod before hand and his far-reaching effects will impact much of the East Coast and Bermuda.
