ATM Skimmers: Hard to Detect, Scammers Still At It

Global Crime Rings are hard at it. Scammers from Europe, China, and Asia are working 24 hours a day to invent ways to scam you out of your money. The easiest way to do it is to copy your ATM card and capture your PIN number. Fortunately, secure CHIP Debit cards are out and are almost impossible to duplicate; scammers still rely on the fact that most banks still don't use chipped ATM cards.
