Tim Hortons to Ditch Small Size
I heard rumours that Tim Hortons will be killing off the Small beverage sizes for all their product lines. They'll be performing move up; as follows:
* Mediums will be the new small
* Larges will be the mediums
* Extra large (old) will be the new large
* Extra larges will move to 24 ounces (up by 4 ounces)
No Timmies in Nova Scotia have switched yet. I'm mystified why this is so. Perhaps they are waiting to use up their cup stock? So why exactly is Tim Hortons doing this? To compete with the other beverage juggarnaut: Starbucks.
