Chaos in DT Halifax as Truck Plows Wrong Way Into Traffic!

Actual chaos as a loud "Boom" is heard downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia at roughly 4:45 pm, a blue Chevy pickup truck (S10?) speeds down the hill towards lower water street and onto a 1-way road against traffic, plowing into a PT Cruiser, a Taxi Cab, and 3 other vehicles.
