Thoughts on Christmas

I picked up a 6-pack of the Innis & Gunn IPA Toasted Oak last night. To be honest, it was a little disappointing in taste compared to their other legendary beers. At work we had a beer-tasting event with the beers that were listed in my previous post. I tasted about 6 of them, some were gross, but a few were very good.

I'm not really into the Christmas mood. Hopefully I can turn that around a little and chillout. I got a nice gift from a customer of mine - $ 1 5 0 gift card to the best steak house in Calgary. Totally unexpected and blew me away! I didn't get anything from my employer though.

Calgary checkstop is alive and well. Don't even think about drinking and driving. Its not worth it. Not that I drink much anyway. I'll have a beer every now and then. I used to just get hammered on Christmas Eve. Now I just chillout, throw some Reggae music on, and watch some old movies.
