My Experience Buying Weed

Years ago, I bought some weed from a shady lady in Nova Scotia. She was pretty sketchy and a crack head to boot. The weed I bought wasn't any better than mexican brick weed. I got high but it wasn't anything special. Then a couple of years after that I bought some weed from an unknown dealer again. This was pretty sketchy, I went to his house and bought a half ounce of weed for like $140 (I think). I waited literally 45 minutes in the basement with this dude watching Canada hockey.

After he finally got the weed to me he showed me his secret 'grow' chamber. It was cleverly hidden in his basement fireplace and covered with a door. He was using a HPS light and I think he had about a dozen plants in the basement. All throughout this time I had a feeling I was going to be attacked by people in black hoods. Fortunately, nothing really happened.

The stench of weed was pretty high in the house. I'm guessing, he probably had multiple growing chambers in that house and maybe had about 60 plants.  With the USA and Canada coming close to full-out legalization of Cannabis, I wouldn't be surprised if Cannabis becomes legal in a year or so.

As long as Emperor Harper remains in power, it won't be legalized. His draconian laws are starting to create a usa-style prison system. If you grow 6 plants you'll get a mandatory minimum sentence of 6 months.

Now how fucked up is that? And to all those assholes who agree with the statement "Think of the Children!" First off, they are not my children and not my responsibility. If you seriously think keeping a safe herb like Cannabis illegal will keep it from your kids, you are sadly mistaken.

I'm a responsible, hard-working adult. Why shouldn't I be allowed to smoke every now and then? Or eat an cannabis-infused edible? I'd treat Cannabis with the same respect I give alcohol: Moderation, no driving, and certainly never giving it to anyone under 18.

Fuck harper and his idiotic conservative brainwashed backwood thinking. Legalize it already, for all of Canada!
