 Because the Conservative Party of Canada believes if you use Marijuana,  it will eventually
lead to the use of harder drugs such as Cocaine, Meth, and Opiates. Complete and utter bullshit.

And good news. The Canadian government has passed the first reading of Bill 44, legalizing Cannabis in Canada. These are good times to be alive. And of course that useless, lying, cheating Mike Duffy couldn't be bothered to vote for this. What an asshole. Fuck that guy.

I've seen what hard core alcohol addiction does to families - and it destroys them.I don't have enough fingers on my hands to count how many times I've been attacked by drunks. If I had a child I would go live out in the woods where no civilization would exist. Those broken promises, lies, rage, and anxiety just can't be told in words.Alcohol is far, far more toxic than even the strongest pot out there. It's too easy to down a bottle of vodka and die from alcohol poisoning. I know people who could easily drink a liter or two a day - just to maintain.

Cannabis, like alcohol, should always be used in moderation and at the appropriate time and place. You should be able to stop use without any worries. For pot this is easy. Alcohol is terrible for people with addictive personalities.
