I brought donuts and timbits

 I went back to the psych hospital to pick up a letter for my employer. It felt weird going back to the ward I was locked up in. I bought donuts and mini donuts for the staff and residents. I know what it feels like to be locked up. They don’t give you enough food for most meals. It’s about efficiently creating and distributing thousands of meals.

It only cost me $20. I also had to buy new eye glasses as I lost them during my psychotic event. That was $640. Fortunately I can claim that on my work benefit. I spent 400 on a new gshock watch for my 52nd birthday next month. I purchased a mudman watch. 

Oh yes, I threw out 2 gshock watches when I was going crazy. I was convinced they were from an evil company. I no longer think that way. It’s frightening to think how we take good mental health for granted.

I am getting better sleep. I no longer believe in insane stories anymore. I’m embarrassed but relieved it’s over.
