I Knew You'd Do That
I've spent a lot of time moving between hotels; and have had some interesting experiences to say the least. I remember having my door opened to house keeping; I was naked except for underwear. They wanted to clean my room, but didn't knock.
There's a lot of garbage people that stay at these places. The Travelodge, oh that hell hole. I signed up for 2 days and the water cut out minutes after I took my first shower on day 1. "Water will be restored soon" they said. It never was. They neglected to pay their city water bill, so they shut them off - for a week. I left after 2 days, it was a horrible nightmare. I used water bottles to make coffee, the toilet was non-functional. Ugh.
And now I plan my life day to day; sifting through things here and there. I've made a calculated decision to stay in a monthly apartment for most of mid July - August. I'll continue searching for places as the days go by. I've updated my resume and will be searching for work soon. Hopefully things will pan out as I expect them too. I need that stability.
Kitty is doing great, and has adjusted to the nomadic lifestyle. I serviced the Toyota a month ago: New spark plugs and coolant flush & fill. It runs so much better now at idle. Well, I have to get busy, I'll try to update this blog now that I have full control again.
Google was useless.
As usual.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day and all that.
;)
