I stared at the router long and hard. It didn't flinch. I looked back, and spent no less than 6 hours trying to configure 5 access points. Those stupid fucking things just kept disappearing. But anyway, what's important is it's working.

Really well.

Is it me, or has the pace of technology slowed down?

Sometimes though, it speeds up unexpectedly.

I was walking home to my apartment in Calgary. On my way to the building, I hear girls scream out from above: "ohhhh my Gooooddddd! It's CHRIS!!!!!" and "he's sooooooooooooo cute" following with laughter and cheers. Disturbingly, I heard a man's voice in the chorus.

I continued smoking my joint.
