Mid-September

 

Tropical Storm Lee is approaching Nova Scotia, heading for the Bay of Fundy and moving northward. It reminds me of Hurricane Juan back in the early 2000's. We lost power for about 10 days straight. While living in Dartmouth, but working in Halifax, I had the luxury of air conditioning. That part of Halifax didn't lose power. I felt guilty because my wife and her family were suffering in the heat.

You take things for granted every day. Even life.

Many people think they'll live forever.

But they won't.
