New Boots and Hat

 Well, I finally done it and purchased some cowboy boots and a hat for the 2024 Calgary Stampede. I like these ones because unlike regular cowboy boots, there is more room due to the square toes. They're fairly easy on the feet - they are made by Dingo.

They were about $230, not including taxes. The hat, look similar to this one:

Stampede comes when the City of Calgary suffered a water main break so bad, it affected the entire city's water supply. The main feeder pipe broke up a few weeks ago. We are under water restrictions, so it's challenging. They say it could take anywhere between 3-5 weeks before it's fixed. Well guess what? The Calgary Stampede starts in less than a month.
