Why Amazon Sucks in 2025 and I'm cancelling Prime

 You'd THINK in 2025 Amazon could deliver products that you order. Nope!

Case in point: I purchased a Casio CTX 5000 keyboard that was open box, and, guess what? The delivery agent (Amazon), wouldn't read the updates that I wanted this item delivered on Saturday or Sunday. So I updated the delivery instructions.

Did they listen?

Did they even bother to read the note?

No.

Instead, this product is slow-walking it's way back to Amazon, and I'm stuck with a $324 charge until they clear it.

But wait, it gets better.

So instead I ordered a sticker pack, an iphone screen protector, and a Roland Go Keys 5 keyboard. But THIS time I changed my shipping address to an authorized Amazon receiver (Canada post outlet).

Guess what?

All 3 orders had:

"Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping. If you have not received your package by..... Mar 12, then please return to this web page".

Right.

I managed to get a quick refund on the $10 item.

Those other expensive items? Not so much. I'm still waiting. And I'm pissed off to high hell's fury about it.

But no matter.

The useless illusion of Amazon doing business with me is completely gone.

I want my goddamn money back.

And I better get it.

This company is seriously fucked.

And I'm not alone on this. Just google search the above line I quoted - you'll see thousands of pissed off customers.
