BP Withholds High Definition Video from Gulf Oil Spill from US Gov't: Obama is Furious
Basic lessons in customer relations outline the following:
1. If you fuck up, admit to it.
2. Identify the scope and depth of how far you fucked up.
3. Get outside people to help you if needed to validate this.
4. Resolve the issue as quickly as possible and withhold nothing.
So far BP has managed to only resolve #1, #2, and that's about it. Just yesterday it was announced on CNN by Anderson Cooper that BP had withheld high definition video of the spill prior to cutting the flange off the oil well riser stack. Treading in serious water and potentially breaking US federal law (RICO), they are in deep shit. Check the video below.
