Anybody can workout
Day 4 into M-F workouts and I'm feeling pretty good. Because I have been doing pushups literally since November and before that - crutches. I takes some getting used to, running into naked men in the change room. For some reason I think of Prison Break, when the one creepy guy would hold his pocket out for the new guy to grab "for his protection". For a nominal fee of anal rape and blowjobs.
Horrible.
My routine is fairly simple:
* No stretching (I do that last)
*15 minutes on the elliptical, with cooldown = 18 minutes
* 2 x 15 arm curls with kettle bells
* 2 x 15 reverse ketltle bell rows
* 2 x 15 leg extensions
* 2 x 15 leg calf machine
* 2 x 15 squat press machine
* 2 x 15 triceps pulldown
* 2 x 15 pulldowns
* 12 minute treadmill (3.5/4 mph, 4%)
So far so good.Below - definately NOT me.
