Who's Talking To Stoneman?
Going out to get Kitty some food and treats, I decided to take photos of my walk. I'll post my "Goulash" recipe that Theresa taught me to make years ago. It's not healthy, but delicious.
When I walk downtown, I keep away from people. Usually I can keep far from the weirdos and nutcases that walk downtown. During my trip I walked by a needle kit that had been left open. I decided not to photograph that.
This ancient building, the Calgary Tower, was built in the 70s and still stands. The keystone of downtown Calgary, it has a viewing platform above with a plexi-glass floor. It's not for the faint of hearted.
I'll tell you something, when you walk around wearing red it demands attention. I went to the Real Canadian Super Store. As I was walking out the store a young Asian woman in a very revealing body suit walked ahead of me on the escalator. I watched slowly as she stood there, the sexual tension slowly building up. My God was it good.
Roaming through Stephen Avenue, I gear up and put myself into ignore mode. Too many people here, I feel uncomfortable at times.
Theresa Goulash
1 - Package of ground beef, extra lean
1 - Onion, chopped
1 - teaspoon of salt
1 - teaspoon of pepper
1 - box of original Kraft dinner
1 - can of tomato soup
1 - dab of ketchup (optional)
Directions
Brown the ground beef and remove the oil (if any). Drain the noodles and dump into the ground beef. Lower the temperature to simmer. Dump in the can of tomato soup and stir. Add in Ketchup dab (a very quick squirt) if you want it to be sweeter. I skipped the ketchup.
Consume immediately. Place the pot into the fridge when done. The next day, this dish is magic because the fat and oils soak back into the noodles. The next day, it tastes even better. Ung.
I dropped off the cat treats and kitty food. In about a week I get the little guy back. I'm excited about the upcoming changes in my life.
And there will be many.
Soon.
